Here are my heroes that I am working on, I used the descent template and did some conversions to it. These are not done yet but are ready for some play testing.

those look good, I have always been a fan of a movement number rather than rolling. I really like the layout and art!

Well the kids love to chuck the dice. So modding the game to their liking.

I have been playing HQ with my oldest and yeah, they do love rolling the dice. It has been good for counting and quick math... Skill Builders... When the schools here shut down and we had to do home schooling I did bust out HQ and used it for Math and Reading...

Quick math, plus critical thinking in the game come up with a strategy to beat the odds.

These look amazing. Couple of questions.
1.) Is there a card before the Paladin? I'm loading a encircled dash there...
2.) What are the Paladin Blessings?
3.) What is the white head thing at the bottom of the card?
4.) Isn't your Barbarian crazy op at low levels? They start with 4 attack dice
4b.) We actually gave our Barbarian a similar skill, but took away the starting broadsword and gave him a starting short sword instead.
5.) No Dwarf?
(That turned out to be a few more than a couple. :-) )

1) Its my cleric
2) Paladin blessing are basically there spells.

Blessed Weapon
This blessing can only be used on yourself. Your weapons glows with power, roll your attack as normal, but for every skull rolled whether single or double, roll an additional dice to add to that attack. The spell is broken when the Hero can no longer see a monster or suffer 1 body point of damage.

Lay on Hands
This may be used on anyone Hero, but not yourself. Targeting adjacent to hero, with the healing hands of to restore up to 2 body point, but will not give a hero more than their starting number. This card maybe used twice.

Aura of Protection
All heroes within 2 spaces of the paladin can roll 1 extra defense dice and 1 additional mind point verse spells for the next 2 rounds. Discard after use.

3)The heads with gears are number of skill point that remain. That the hero can use to later when they have the money to train to increase their skill. Skill point are basically mind points 1 mind point per skill or bonus they have. Like the barbarian get +1 attack that's a skill point or mind point

4) I let my monster use the white shields and black shield prevent monster from taking a health blow that round can only be used once. So most of the time the party struggles to make it early in the game.

5)dwaren defender is the dwarf with +1 base defense

Don't see a defender. :-(
Right before spell blade it says "Image" so that may be it.

Paladin spells look cool.
Skills are cool.
Stronger defending monsters is cool.
It may come as a surprise, but I think your stuff is cool.
