The Shaman

Shamans are known to speak with the older gods - and the entire lower creation bends to their will.

7 :redheart:
3 :blueorb:

The shaman can make cast actions.

Wild appearance
Range: Diagonal
Cost: no cost.
Effect: Monsters with 1 MP who come in range, immediately end their movement. No monster in range with 1 mp can make their move action.

Control
Range: Diagonal
Cost: Cast action, Mastery test of 0 (or people who don't like mastery tests can remove a Mind point instead)
Effect: A Monster in range with 1 MP is under your control for three of it's turns.

What do you think?

It's mainly inspired by the models of Cadence in Zombicide Black Plague, or the Incantris Shaman (from which one of the rules comes):
They all wear dead animals skulls and the fur as bodywear; or at least control some animals.

Command is nice.

About Wild appearance, I can't understand it. You can stay in the middle of the room and immobilize any monster of 1 MP? There are large monsters of 1MP, in e.x. the Ogre Warrior.

Do you think the range is too big?
I want the shaman to have certain influence on monsters. Living Monsters, so no influence on 0MP.
I don't want him to be out of danger then.

So maybe if it works only on adjacent fields and is ok?

Yes, adjacent sounds good. On the other case a combination with a crossbow could finish off any enemy of 1MP.

Nice char.
