The Necromancer was painted a very long time ago. But these were the old heroes. I may be playing again soon so ill do some touch ups. This is also my first posting of a picture so here goes.

I dont have permissions yet it seems.

Lets try again. I hate computers. Actually the computer skills I do have are largely because of Hero Quest. I joked with a buddy lately that I should put on my resume 10 years experience as a dungeon master.

If I had two canidates for a job with equal experiance in the field and I saw that one had the guts to list 10 years of DM experinace I would hire the Dungeon Master.
As a DM of 30+ years experiance I know intimatly the skills a dungeon master bring to the table.

A DM thinks out of the box and sees unique solutions to comon problems. DM's are true thinkers.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Totally agree.

DM = leadership.

99% correct. There is the random GM here and there who's brain is stuck in role play mode and looses the ability to perform real work.
Long story real short: I had to fire my GM from our mutual place of employment due to his complete lack of an ability to function in the real world.

Side note: Being that he lived in his own little corner of la la land, I somehow continued to game with him for quite some time after that and he didn't even have my character accidentally stumble upon the lair of a waking Tarrasque. (The first thing I would do to the character of a person who fired me. :) )

He made it easier by being one of the worst employees I have ever had the privilege of working with. That, and I kept him on for about 2 or 3 weeks longer than I should have, constantly telling myself he would get better. He didn't so much that my boss commented and then he sort of had to go. (Isn't middle management grand?)

thought that I'd share my Necromancer character.
he uses most of Ethica's necromancy spells with a few others pulled from the Wizards of Morcar.
