I made my own cards that are roughly the same size as those from the new Talisman's edition. They are 1.75"x2.5" and work pretty well.

I use a company online that prints high quality Poker size cards for $7.00. Full color and 54 cards per pack, you can edit all the fronts and backs individually. There are no setup fees or anything, just 7 bucks. Since the original cards are not stock Poker size, you have to edit the cards slightly to fit onto their template. I have went back through the PDF's I have downloaded from here, redone them using Photoshop, re-sized them and had them printed off. I have all but one or two set printed. And Im up to about $45.00 or so thus far.
