I guess if I were using it, I wouldn't be going back to change every instance of "Chaos" to "Dread" and I love the Fimir artwork too much to think of replacing it, so those irregularities can stand for a "remake" style deck.
Again love the ideas, but there is no set that would have six zombies (if you have ROTWL; eight if you own the Mythic tier set), so the normal rule would be to replace the missing ones with any available monsters of the same color (skeletons and mummies you would have enough, again if you have ROTWL) but the card says not to place the others in that case. So it works, but that could be tweaked possibly. The others work, so long as you have KK and/or ROTWL.
I'm going to amend these comments... if you have the remake Game System then you are limited to 2 zombies, 4 skeletons, and 2 mummies. BUT if you had the mythic set (which includes ROTWL) you would have 8 zombies, 14 skeletons, and 8 mummies. I think that's what was probably being gone for... however things have changed!
Now very few people will have the Mythic set (in its entirety) but theoretically now with Spirit Queen's Torment and Prophecy of Telor packs out in retail... someone could have those PLUS Return of the Witch Lord retail PLUS the retail game system resulting in (best case scenario if they don't double up on any sets):
Zombies: 2 (GS) + ROTWL (4) + SQT (2) + PoT (2) = 10 (falls short of the 12 the card could call for of course, leading to substitutions of the same color per basic rules)
Skeletons 4 (GS) + ROTWL (8) + SQT (2) + PoT (2) = 16
Mummies: 2 (GS) + ROTWL (4) + SQT (2) + PoT (2) = 10
