Anyone have any suggestions for one or two more cards to add the the Barbarian's skill set?

Perhaps some strategic or non-attack skills like Bodyguard, that round out his character a bit--his character is a little harder to develop, outside of bloodthirsty brute skills :|

Dual-Wield (Barbarian and Elf)
*Florentine
*Niten Ichu-ryu
*Two Swords
*Sort of Like Skiing

You may fight with one weapon in each hand. This cannot give you an attack strength greater than 6 Combat Dice. You may choose to either attack one monster with both weapons, or two monsters once, with each weapon. You may not use this power if you wield a shield or wear plate-mail armor.

Riastrad
Great power rises within you. Immediately gain 4 Body Points, up to a total of 12. Double your attack strength in Combat Dice. Both at the start of your turn and each time you make an attack roll, you immediately suffer 1 Body Point of damage.

Gae Bolg
You throw your weapon at a monster with incredible force. You may only throw your weapon at a monster you can "see." Your weapon is lost once it has been thrown.

Brute Skill
You violently push past your foes. You may pass over squares occupied by monsters or furniture during your next movement.

Bloodthirst
You kill a monster so viciously, it makes you feel better. If your attack roll deals damage equal to or greater than double the monster's total Body Points, you regain one lost Body Point.

"Ice" Try
If an Ice Gremlin attempts to steal from you, immediately make an attack roll which it must defend against. Instead of suffering damage, it coughs up an equivalent number of "valuable" treasure cards. You then slowly strangle the Ice Gremlin to death.

Morel Umbles
You decide to try cooking and eating the flesh of a monster that has been slain recently. Roll one Red Die:
1 - 2 = Lose 2 BP.
3 - 4 = You're full.
5 - 6 = Replenish 2 BP.

Enough Talk!
You must play this card on Zargon's turn. If an enemy spellcaster targets you with a spell, you may immediately throw a dagger (if you have one to throw). If the dagger causes the enemy spellcaster to suffer a wound, the spell he was casting fails and is discarded.

You're bowling me over! These are so great, Chaotic! I just wanted to skim this one off the top real quick:

And compare it to something I worked up prior:

Mystery Meat = 35 gold coins. When eaten, roll one combat die. Skull = Heals 1 Body Point of damage; White Shield = Inflicts 1 Body Point of damage; Black Shield = Heals 0 Body Points of damage. Gone after one use.

Great minds, eh? :)

My mind was working to justify and explain the act of eating a monster. That's where I started from.

in my rules "Mystery Meat" was originally a byproduct of "Trophy Kills" the barbarian would bring in, so they're made of monster meat.

Also I have mystery meat as an upkeep food for monster companions.

it's SPAM basically.

I was working on a card where the Barb kills the wizard and eats the body to gain magic, and it sort of spit-balled into eating monsters.

I prefer a skill where barbarian heals himself while fighting. The damage of b.p. he causes to opponent returns as heal b.p. to himself.
