Photoshop/GIMP help

This may be beyond the scope of this forum but I could really use some help with these photoshop card templates. I downloaded GIMP and I can open the templates, but I don't know how to edit them. Monster Name, stats, picture--nothing. I feel so ridiculously stupid, but I know once someone shows me how to do it once, I'll be all set.

I'd appreciate anybody's help. Thank you.

Feeling stupid to ask myself, so I'm backing you up with your question.

I use photoshop myself, and I just click the "T" text function, and then click my mouse on the textbox, and then I can simply edit. When I'm done, I click the Arrow icon again, and the text "sets".
