Looks like the Sticker Album was source material for the cruder Winter Special. Or maybe the Marvel Winter Special Orc is from rough art that was later developed in the Sticker Album picture.

Proportions are strange for weapons as well. Orc's Bane looks almost as big a broadsword.[edit]

What's with the disembodied Gargoyle head and odd shoulder-stump-thing at the left of the picture? Is one Gargoyle intended to be pictured in a kind of time sequence?

yeah, but you can't fill in the blanks behind the text boxes without the original image. You'd have to actually hand-draw the missing parts. And I'm sure I could do that, but there are far better artists then me, so I won't bother. No time anyway :)
