Pretty Cool, Lego could have made a killing if they would have done a Mini Figs scale dungeon crawler with their castle lego sets

Agreed. However, as much as I would have loved to see this, IP issues likely would have been problematic. Heroica was likely the closest we were going to see--shame that-that product line was discontinued.

They did produce Heroica, but Heroica is like a kind of dumbed down HeroQuest, really.

A BrickQuest set that "had the flavor of a 90s board game" might do better. BrickQuest is a game with its own specific rules, after all. You could arrange for the board to be different in layout, but still be able to be arranged in the familiar shape, too.

I'd like scans of the card game. I understand people were NOT impressed by the card game's component quality—the dice in particular—but I haven't heard anybody really talk about the game. Is the game any good? Do you just sub the dice for some that don't suck, or is the game so bad that it's not worth doing? Also … artwork!
