AlphaZero Morcar

Postby Anderas » December 8th, 2018, 1:47 pm

Deep Mind just trained their famous AlphaZero engine to play chess. After one day of training it beat Stockfish, which was the current master chess engine. Stockfish relates to your smartphone chess engine like your smartphone chess engine relates to the human world chess champion: like a giant to a dwarf, in a fist fight.

How cool would it be to have a Zargon engine. No no no sorry. AlphaZero is a European product.

How cool would it be to have an AlphaZero Morcar Engine! An engine that takes a heroscribe xml file plus quest notes and organizes a game online or offline if it has a webcam to see the table!

We would stand united against an unfeeling evil Morcar from the net. TPK wouldn't be the end anymore, it wouldn't be the ultimate fail of the Game Master anymore, instead it would just spark the next try because we want to show it!
