When we last left the four heroes, they were fighting their way through the orc horde.
The Barbarian smashes. The Elf slashes. The Dwarf Bashes. The Wizard Zaps.

Then, out of nowhere, with a flash and a pop and a puff of smoke, the Witch Lord
appears amidst the horde. He laughs, the maniacal sound echoing across the battlefield.
The Witch Lord begins to chant.

"Watch Out!" Yells the Elf. The Wizard looks quickly.

"Spell!" The Wizard shouts over the tumult and ruckus of the fighting.

"Spell?! Where?" The Dwarf cries out, bashing an orc with his axe and looking around quickly.

The Barbarian slices an orc through the chest with his broadsword.

"W - H - E..." He begins to spell loudly, out loud.

A little more generic stuff, more puns than anything...but I think they're funny:

One skeleton walks up to the other skeleton, with what would have been an angry expression,
if it had skin and eyes and such. The second skeleton stops digging the grave and looks up. "I have
a bone to pick with you." The first skeleton says.

The zombie pulled the skeleton aside in the cemetery. He had a grave problem with which he needed help.

The skeleton told the mummy a secret, but didn't want the zombie to know. It told the mummy to keep it under wraps.

Rathnoran swung his axe as hard as he could, but the Dwarven made, double-headed weapon
simply bounced off the giant white tooth looming over his head like a stalactite hanging from
the roof of a slowly crumbling cave.

He captured a glimpse of his companions as more gleaming ivory spikes surrounded him.
The brave warrior, Ulster, lay on the ground unconscious, blood covering the granite
surface of the lair floor. Beside him, the charred remains of a skeleton that once was
the wise wizard Mystren-fare. She had spent every spell in her mighty repertoire trying
to save them all from the ancient red wyrm. In the end, the beast had used her blazing,
burning breath on the wizard, utterly destroying her.

"I can't believe this happening?" Was Rathnoran's last thought to himself as the dragon's
massive maw closed around him completely and the creature swallowed him whole.
The reality of the situation was not easily digested.
