This week, for some reason, I decided to search things about Fable on Xbox one.
(I enjoyed the original, but only played it sparingly. I had moved out of the house by then and my little brother had it. It was really fun, but I've gone down the Playstation road and haven't payed attention since then.)
My new roommate has an Xbox one, but there was nothing on the web store , so I went as far as buying a 360 on ebay just to play the original. While researching pre purchase I learned about the remastered version; Fable Anniversary, as well as Fable II and III, all on 360. (That's why I chose a 360, I wouldn't have known to, otherwise.)

Woah! That... reminds me of a board game I played as a kid... OK, I'm in.

What's this, cross-platform?!

Sorry couldn't vote in the Poll because the only 'No' answer implies that the only reason I would not play is because I think the game is stupid.

I will not, in fact, be playing but for other reasons.

Primarily, I have enough games as it is and limited time. My priority these days, when it comes to gaming time is Table-top that I can play with my Son.

All of that said; I played the original Fable a few times through. It was a good game, and I pretty much loved everything about it except for the linear pathing. I like open world games (Fallout as an example), and am not a fan of being shuttled through an encounter area with artificially limiting boundaries. Think about the disconnect when you have a game like Fable that allows you so much freedom to choose your style of play, and presents such beautiful art assets for the world, but then won't let you hop a 3-ft fence. Illogical invisible walls drive me nuts.

So, Fable has fallen off my radar where there are so many other great games out there that cater better to my preferred style of play. However, not because I feel it is stupid.

Four hero players who work together against a single villain player who sets traps and controls the monsters. Exclusive Multiplayer Online. (or single player with npc's)

More like, "No, no time for epic video games."
