The fireplace is fantastic and the board pure awesomeness. I have to give it a go on the board sometime.

Only the barbarian on the far right of the top picture is Warhammer Quest.
All other come from Talisman 3rd edition and its expansions.
Except the one with the golden weapon, he's from Dark World.
All are similar sizes, maybe a bit more detailed than HQ but once painted properly I think they fit in just fine. The bases alone make much difference for blending in HeroQuest.
