1.When I back this project for the full amount (150 $); will I have to pay that when the Kickstarter finishes?
2.And then I have to wait until the product is released? (which can take several months)

3.Also, if Games Workshop starts a lawsuit and GameZone loses: then every backer loses his/hers money?

1. yes
2. yes
3. I have no idea. You'd have to ask them. Good point though.

Thnx.

Knowing this, I'm in serious doubt.
If I could go to a store to buy it I'd almost certainly would do. I pay, I immediately get the product.
Now, there will be a wait of a year (?) (I read that HQ25 will be released in the winter of 2014?) before I get something for my 150 bucks.

If the pix (I hope we get some pix when the KS starts) suck: problem solved.
If they don't: problem not solved.

Same here.
Now mind you, if this product is published for retail and purchaseable from stores, the price is NOT gonna be 89 Dollars.

48 resin miniatures with 48 different sculpts plus resin material?
Double the price. Seriously.

They are a Spainish company that is translating their original Spainish version into all the other languages. I can guarandamntee you that they do not and I repeat DO NOT have a native English speaker working for them to help translate this. I've no idea why not... Honestly how hard is it to simply ask people that are native in another language to proofread and adjust what they translated so that it will come out correctly? I have right to complain because I did just that while living in Costa Rica and learning Spanish. You learn by making mistakes but having pineapple people correct you. If something is going to be for sale it looks completely childish and unprofessional to have such blatant and horrid translation errors. I mean do we really have to start bringing up "All your base are belong to us" stuff or Engrish transration errors to prove a point. Anyone know where you can contact them and let them know...

They did ask Flint to translate for them (into German) and he in turn asked for help on the German forum. I'm in, kinda, sorta, don't know if and when and how. Offered my help.

Now, PEOPLE AT GAMEZONE and EVERYONE ELSE WHO MIGHT BE RESPONSIBLE:
Be sure to ask the right people to translate.
THERE ARE A LOT OF BILINGUAL AMERICANS, speaking both Spanish and English.
SOME OF THEM like HeroQuest, played it, and know the terminologies you wanna include.

Please do the right thing, because the state of this p**ses me off to no end.

Also: WHAT ABOUT COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS?! Is everything sorted out?
With Hasbro? With Games Workshop? With countries and laws outside of Spain?
Why take the risk and even call it HeroQuest when you don't even answer HQ fans' questions?
Is it legally safe to give it the name HeroQuest? The name IS IN USE (under license from Issaries, Inc.) FOR AN EXISTING GAME.

What if I pledge my 150 Canadian Dollars and you get sued and can't put out the product?
Because honestly, you just can't call it HeroQuest (which now is a role-playing game) and sell it expecting nobody will be pissed!
DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IF YOU CANNOT GIVE ME THE PRODUCT?
_____________________________________________________________

I want you people to finally understand that you can't (shouldn't) just waltz around announcing you'll put out the product of our dreams, putting a price tag on it, and just read over questions we have and post all the time.
Honestly, this is the worst marketing ever.

Now I went and posted what I've been thinking.
Do something about it or don't.

I AM ALSO OFFERING MY HELP IF I CAN DO ANYTHING FOR TRANSLATIONS into English or into German; I can also edit other people's translations, read over them, compare to the old ruleset's text and terminology style, and so on.

So, in short:
-For a full set you'll have to pledge $ 150 (and wait most likely a year before the set arrives).
-The game will almost certainly have some translation errors.
-There is a chance GW (or the company that own the name HQ) will come with a C&D or a lawsuit.....and it's uncertain if you get a refund.

At this moment, too many risks for me.
