Yummy CAMEMBERT wrapped in a Phylos basted with egg, and baked in the oven.

Since the guts of the cheese leaked out, I would recommend using Brie instead.
The guts were just as good soon as they cooled off some.

I have to try that. It looks so deliciously unhealthy.

Well try it with Brie, not Camembert - it becomes total liquid.
Very very hot, roof-of-your-mouth-burning liquid.

Today:
Camembert in a coat of bread, baked in the oven, served with pickled chillies, dried tomatoes, olives filled with lemon, and malt beer.
I'm shitting the couch, but it was delicious. |_P

Today:
A variant of Käs'spätzle - Spätzle* fried with butter, garlic, red onions, and spices, and then flocked with a healthy** portion of grated Emmentaler*** until it's one awesome golden-brownish artery-filling, stomach-clogging, heart-delighting mass of carbohydrates and cheese. And cheese on top.

**"healthy" in a very poetic sense of the word...

1. When I opened this thread yesterday it was one of the times I quickly had to run an errand because I spent too much time following threads beforehand. Then I forgot about it.
2. I'm gonna have to try leipajuusto.
3. The Moomins are the most spine-chilling TV show that has ever been. I mean the Groke was the most frightening thing I'd ever seen up to Sadako.
4. I care about cheese and Finland.
5. Good things about Finland:
Jari Litmanen, Janne Ahonen, Ville Valo, the simple beauty of the state flag, TMU's HeroQuest collection, population density (or rather, the lack thereof), Lappish folklore clothing, Karibus, the sound of the Finnish language, "Finland" (Cult of Luna song), VoiVod (band)
