Since you're asking, I've had some thoughts (not necessarily original ones):

DOORS:
- Closed ones with the same frame, but different doors in them. That way the DM can add a bit of flavour and anticipation by indicating the heroes are coming up on the wizard's chambers, or the torture room or what have you.
- Damaged doors. Whether from neglect or from attempts to break in. Shattered wood, bent metal, crooked hinges.
- Mine/tunnel entrance, to go with the tracks and cart.
- Hole in the wall. Make it so you can tell from which side it was broken through.

FURNITURE:
- Standing mirror. If possible with a seperate frame so people could add a reflective backing and make it a functional mirror. Or you could have an insert with magic swirly bits or arms reaching out or something.
- Wardrobe. More in line with what the HQ "cupboard" piece actually looks like. The one you've made would look right at home in a high status room, but I'd like to see a more rugged alternative.
- Moar bookcases. Double size one in the same style would be nice, but also a different design or two. And a lectern. Just a whole library set. It's a type of room that popped up a bunch of times in HQ.

ARCHITECTURE:
- Stairs going down. Some quests in HQ feature those. Of course it's got the same practical problem as pit traps, but hey.
- Engaged pillars. (Ones build into the wall, that is.) Matching the designs of the ones you've already got. I think they'd add a lot to the effect.
- Alcove. Just an arch placed against a wall, into which you could place a throne or an altar or whatever. (Plus it's a place for people to stick their torches.)
- Well. The water cooler of the dungeon workplace.

OTHER:
- Pottery. Large storage jars, cooking pots, tableware... basic stuff to add a more realistic, lived-in feel.
- Woven baskets. Alternative to the crates for anyone bugged by the anachronism of those. (Which might just be me.)
- Set of orbs. Orb on a stand, orb in a box, diet orb, orb classic. Just plain, undecorated balls (maybe in clear resin if that's practical). Very flexible magic items/macguffins.
- Serpent statue. As a nod to all the evil serpents (and their worshippers) in Robert E. Howard's stories. With a place to hold a large jewel or other treasure.
- Nest. For the lair of a big monster. Incorporating bones and other dungeon detritus. Maybe some seperate eggs.
- Smashed Gargoyle tile. What's left after slaying the fiend. Or knocking over a statue.
- Cogwheels. Including ones disappearing into slots in the floor and wall. Think the inside of a mill.

And there's enough funerary stuff to make up a KS by itself. Stone coffins, broken-from-the-inside lids for the wooden ones, tiles with grave markers (like when people are buried within a church), crypt entrances, ossuaries, cadaver tombs, various statues and so on.

Or even a different style (square corners) from the point of view that the HQ expansions had two additional different styles of doors (steel and wood) plus a door of steel bars

Is the Dwarven arch an open arch only? Will there be a closed one that's say missing the stone at the top that's required to open it? Or some rune thing?

- Well. The water cooler of the dungeon workplace.

To make depressed areas, I could think of four working solutions:

- Just pretending: a flat representation of the depressed feature.Image

- 3-dimensional work-around: the rim of the feature is raised somewhat, so to enable the actual sunken area to be under this made-up ground level. like a well on a staired platform or the ugly bulging riverbanks of many tabletop terrain series.Image

- Actually 3-dimensional: The king's way, but also very time and material consuming. You'd have to raise all "normal" features, including the floor, a fixed amount over the gaming platform, and the sunken areas fit in.

- Optical 3-dimensional: This is what I'm trying to bring to your attention: include a hologram or a lenticular photo in the model to represent the sunken parts. I'd think lenticular optic is better - the 3D effect is somewhat less convincing than with a hologram, but the colors are natural and it's much more affordeable.
Have a look ;)

Great looking rack! Oh, I felt dirty typing that... Only suggestion is that the crossbow shouldn't be drawn while in storage :)

@Shadowheart: Thanks for the suggestions! :D Big bookcase is on the way, and a lot of people want a mirror so will see if we can slip that in!

@Redav: Yea the dwarven arch is just open, hard to imagine how it would close :P
Glad you like John's rack xD These dungeon critters dont pay much attention to safety eh!

@Big Bene: Yea your right about the pit trap, im not sure where to source holograms :P But will be using the 3d method of raising the sides up so we can drop the middle a bit :D

Ahh - still havnt sorted the wood and stone texture on the prison door and dummy >.< lol

Me too, but there are lots of sources for lenticular foil (just google it - here's an example).

Take your time, you never asked for those, so I'm happy you use them at all.

Nope - don't even know this software. I use 3D Studio max. Will have a search for Sculptris when I got more time again...
Have a look ;)

Two suggestions:

1. A wall of stone to complement the "wall of ice" and "wall of fire" for the Wizards of Morcar expansion
2. A sword in a stone :-)

But would that be a "sword in the stone" as per the modern or traditional meaning of the word?
