Nope, that would cause the lettering to "tilt backwards", leading to a different perspective on the text. I could have skewed the camera frustrum, but altogether it's not really necessary, since this distortion works on the rendering.whitebeard wrote:You should have been able to get the proper effect by using a straight base and positioning the camera lower.

Here's are two STL files of the logo, both with and without the base. Make sure to post some images when you've printed them!
