Hello!

Postby Immorath_93 » August 15th, 2026, 9:35 am

Hail, masters, wayfarers, and weavers of arts both dark and fair, from every realm beneath the stars!
For long years have I watched this sanctuary from the shadows, unreckoned and without name, since days now remote—perchance as far back as the year 2008 or 2010.
My journey began with HeroQuest ere I could yet decipher the written word, a child of but five summers, alongside my elder kin. Mine was the Brazilian imprint of 1994, wrought with paper figures, strange variations in tile, and all the curious traits of that ancient craft. I expanded it with Steve Jackson’s Cardboard Heroes, which kindled the fire for countless tales in the days of my youth.

Then came a long age of silence, wherein I wandered without companions for the game. Yet recently, the fellowship was renewed with dear friends and my beloved wife. I am now crafting a modular board born of paperboard and household parchment. In times yet to come, I purpose to fashion realms of softer lore and seek figures wrought in three dimensions.
Furthermore, I am a shaper of sound for virtual realms, now embarking upon a endeavor of Dungeon Synth. It is my design to weave HeroQuest adventures alongside records of dark ambient and dungeon music—melodies drawn from the game itself and a world of my own forging.

These works shall I bring before this council once they are fulfilled. I ponder where best to deposit these acoustic crafts, yet I shall bind all news of these musical chronicles unto my upcoming share of custom tiles and quest booklets.
My heart is glad for those who keep this sanctuary alive. When fortune allows, I shall offer tribute so that this wondrous hall of memory may endure.

Farewell for now, brave travelers...

The Brazilian game? Cool! Do you have the original set? If so, pictures of it in use would be great to share.

Yeah, I have the originals Standard, Kellars Keep and Return of WitchLord, but the boxes are all ruined and lost. Only Return of WitchLord I have the front panel of expansion box because I put it in my wall for some years as an decoration.

Today I take some photos!
