Is that a Star Trek reference?
Cos I sure wouldn't mind playing a little Starship RPG called FASA: Star Trek Starship Tactical Combat Simulator
You can find the module and the online utility at VASSAL.ORG...
Anyone else interested, let me know, maybe we can get some games of it up!
Why yes, yes it is.
Not directly however; meaning it is not a name from any canon (soft or otherwise) source. It is the name I created when I first got into Klingon fandom back in the early 90s (ca. 1992).
Which nicely comes full circle to your comments about FASA, since the various Table-top games from that company laid the ground work for very early Klingon fandom prior to TNG. Primarily because of author John M. Ford who wrote the Klingon-centric novels 'The Final Reflection' and 'How Much for Just the Planet'. He also wrote for FASA and helped develop the Klingon source material for the Star Trek RPG.
All of that to say; that I loved the FASA RPG, and we also used to play the Combat Simulator as well back around 1983-4. Good stuff.

I printed out each room and various corridors on seperate pieces so they can be laid out as the dungeon is explored. I chose 1.5 inch squares. Some would think that is too big, but I don't think so.
That's a good idea too. I'll have to dig around and see if there is not a high enough rez version of the board to experiment with that.
