I'm one of those players who seem to have rediscovered Heroquest after many years in the wilderness.
I used to play HQ, AH, Space Crusade, Space Hulk, Judge Dredd RPG etc etc in the 1990s, but stopped playing when fatherhood came along and I was either too busy/tired/skint to carry on.
I recently saw the re-released version(s) and expansions on amazon and have been collecting them all avidly ever since.
I don't play with a group, rather I play all four characters and my wife plays as Zargon using the app - we pump it through bluetooth speakers to up the atmosphere, we're loving it, she says it's awoken her inner nerd.
I'm also really enjoying the community on reddit and hope to contribute and learn more from Ye Olde Inn too.
