Hi,

I'm an original player when this game first came out, overall I had a good 20 year break from all games, I was into original EPIC, Space Hulk, Space Crusade, 1st/2nd Ed Talisman and HeroQuest.
By chance I spotted the new Avalon release and memories came flooding back, nothing like nostalgia to spend some money!
That was about 2 weeks ago, and I've been on a quest since then to track down all the expansions for the re-release and as of yesterday I now have them all that have been released here in Australia, where I am currently living.
Pre-order soon for Prophecy of Telor to ensure I have all 9 expansions.

The main difference now for me, as I'm an old fart, unlike my youthful version way back in the 90's - I can spend the money and not miss a release.
Same thing happened with Adeptus Titanicus 2018... and that has started my overall return to gaming again..... and that is a another story.

For HeroQuest, once the bug had truly taken hold I have binge watched YouTube content and Etsy for content.
In the modern age of 3D printing, it is limitless. I found a 3D board by Dragon's Rest and the only Australian authorised printer - so, that is on the way now as well.
Along with the Kellar's Keep board he has, and the rotating room. Just checking out the rest of that range.
I do love the board, but as a kid, I always dreamed of a 3D board with all the detail and modular with magnets.

I've already come across, thanks to this forum and website, a card creator as well - so I can scratch that itch as well and make custom ones for all the named characters (and collect models from Etsy, already found several great models for these guys).

Last itch was getting a DS2 Dragon Ogre - on its way now, hence my avatar.
Always a dream to get that, I also ordered the White Dwarf 96 it appeared in as well.
So far... not found rules for it on here yet, but I'll keep looking around.
