These old-school mini's are primarily for taverns -- or inns -- but the tables, bookshelves (add-on), teeny-tiny weapons (for the weapons rack), and little scales, pestles and books (for the alchemist's bench) should be well-suited for HQ. (You can also use the mini's for your Conan tavern fight or something.) Johnny Lauck has been casting and selling miniatures for 13 years, and this is his second KS. He's casting miniatures during the campaign, and starts shipping soon after it's over. No year-long waits or delays.
