Thanks. I just don't see actually playing it anymore. It's been sitting in the top of my closet for years, and I don't live near anyone who plays. I had plans to pass it on to my kid(s), but my wife and I aren't having any. My nephew is too old to show interest. Therefore, I decided to sell it and give the money to my church. I'm hoping someone who collects HQ stuff will put it to good use. I'm thinking about buying a gameboard after seeing this:

I'll then print everything out and keep it all in the attic in case I ever meet anyone nearby who knows of HeroQuest.
I may regret it in the future, but again, I just want it to go to someone who will put it to use.

Id cry myself to sleep every night if my beloved Hero Quest collection was gone. But same here Cobra. No one near me is into this. Tried getting my three brothers to have a few games. But so far, only managed a few. But id still keep them, i like to do lot of other things with the collection. Animations and such. (Which i haven't done in a while either, but i shall return to!) I hope you raise a lot for the collection. Im sure the church will be delighted in your generous donation!
