It's not because we are ignoring you, but people just don't have those minis to spare.
The ogres maybe, but the miniatures from tFH (especially the female barb and titular Frozen Horror) are the rarest, most sought after minis in the entire game (in any game?!).
If you don't care about authenticity you might want to look into buying replicas. At least one guy in here is making some of the FH minis in metal.

Elf and Barbarian Quest Pack miniatures show up on eBay sometimes, but they are usually pricey. Check international auction for ogres.
