Look at the pictures of Sidorion's thread how to do it perfectly. There's no dungeon out there that's better thought through and fleshed out.

That's awesome! And Itar's kit is modeled the same! (well, 1" = 2,54cm, but that's big enough). Fantastic ^^

Daaamn, knightkrawler, that was quite a link! Those marble rooms are a wonder to behold  I see single-square corridors weren't included, and doors are centered in the corridor walls, creating a half-square stagger effect. if I recall correctly, the double corridors are a design choice for freer combat. Do the staggered doorways play the same, freer way to counteract door defending?

I love the magnetically-attached wall pieces that swap out to fit doorways.

Yes, they do. Each square bordering on the square the door is on may attack that square and vice versa. It's freakin' brilliant, isn't it?
He even made two-square-wide hallway curves with the outer squares stretched out a little...
Simple solution: a square may attack each square on of its edges borders on. Same goes for moving. Simple as that.

Someday I'm gonna find out where Sidorion lives and steal his precious.

By the way, I somtimes use Descent doors (double-wide and fitting in style) to achieve a similar effect of freer combat.

I saw back a couple of posts that you were talking about casting material. The best and cheapest I know of is home made plastic, made from breaking up polystyrene (free from around the back of most appliance shops, or just ask they are glad to be rid of it) and acetone, that's only a few quid. There is an isntructables page for it.
BUT its only for the brave of heart to try or the most experienced of alchemists!
