Yesterday. Surprisingly smooth transaction with the customs guys.
Opened bags for 2 and a half hours, sorted out what's going to be sold.

Kaladrax is approximately the size of my bathroom.
Some of the scales of character minis disturbed me a little. There were 32 or even 35mm scales I tell you.
The Clockwork dragon is awkward, I love the frostwyrm and surprisingly the giantess. She's a keeper.
There's a perfect Witch-Lord and great Morcars and Mentors.
The orcs are incredibly sizeable (bigger than HQ ogres) and will be sold, as well as everything futuristic, Sci-Fi, and Zombiecide-wannabeesque.

A range of female heroes in case I find female players or a male player with a certain set of knacks to accomodate a female Heroa. Heroess. Heroin. Heroine.
Dungeon fodder, like the kobolds, the goblins (hobgoblins I will make them), giant rats (big enough to give each its own base).

I love the giantess. But I already mentioned.
The owlbears look utterly mad and are much too big. I have better ones from D&D: Forbidden Forest and World of Warcraft board game.

The haunts and fire minis... f**king awesome. There's a mimic. There's a rust monster. Both of them utterly needed.
Great griffon. But what to do with it? Very big, that one.
I do not have the time to work with those pesky thin undead. Mediocre sculpts, anyway. Will be sold as a set.
There's no Sir Ragnar in chains.
Some great approximations to Skulmar and possibly Kessandria.
