I myself am very disappointed at their behavior and their consumer naiveté and not least in the fact that those backers actively help destroying our HeroQuest hobby by bringing the name to the conscience of Hasbro, GW, and others. I mean, if everybody involved or touched by the whole matter is going to be really really consequent, yeoldeinn will no longer be able to host HQ files anymore. That's what my nightmare is, nothing less, nothing more. I wonder if anybody has ever put a fan-thought in this....

How long did this correspondence last? Ah yes. Until GZ figured out that questions arose that they wouldn't answer.

And then we were attacked. At first it only slowed down the job of the person in charge of setting things running, but at the end they managed to crash the server in which both heroquestclassic.com and our own store are hosted, with a strong distributed denial-of-service attack (DDoS).
Electronic mails have been affected too, and we have noticed that not every response message we have been sending to you has reached its destination. It is very important to remark that no confidential data from our customers has been compromised in any moment, so beyond the headache all this matter has caused to our technical team, the worst loss we have to regret is the wasted time.
Unluckily this has not been the first time we have been attacked, and during the campaign even Lánzanos was under attack, much to the detriment of other projects that were being funded at the same time as ours in that crodwfunding platform. This is a crime, a type of harassment we could not and will not tolerate, and that we have immediately reported to the Guardia Civil Cybercrime Unit.
My new "favorite" piece of info is that the guy/company he'd hired to do the sculpting backed out because GZ admitted that he lied about something
