As a side note, the american quests appear to have a quest book with horizontal art. The European book art is vertical, and also different dimensions.
Sure it's pretty scary when the witch lord returns but what you should really be afraid of is "Resurrection of the Witch Lord". Resurrected baddies always come back more threatening than ever, usually kind of demonic with wings and horns and hell fire to announce their arrival. Think Gannondorf or Mother Brain from Super Metroid.

the NA versions of KK and RotWL have cards you could cut out of the booklet. The UK versions do not.
But Ye Olde Inn has PDF's of all these cards, in both NA and UK format ;)

Just to clarify, do you mean the tiles for the U.S. version? By the way, which color box is the U.S.?

There are also slight differences in the maps between the American and European editions. The American edition makes more use of furniture. The cover art is also different. The American version doesn't use the Les Edwards original, rather a remake. European version is a Green Box and American is purple.

I'd like to compile a detailed comparison between the two versions some day.

The American version actually deserved the name "box".
We had ... I don't even know what to call it.
