Is there any good scanned images of the US expansion boxes and Ogre horde box? would like try to and make them.

Are you referring to the original (not the new edition) boxes? If so, here are scans of mine, although my boxes aren't in perfect shape. Unfortunately I don't have Ogre Horde.
