Printing the "Frozen Horror" board

Postby Nlinindoll » April 2nd, 2022, 12:18 pm

Hi there!

I'm looking to print the Frozen Horror Board found here: gallery/image_page.php?album_id=23&image_id=514

I plan on using ww.boardgamesmaker.com and I want the board to have squares that are essentially the same size as the 2021 remake so that the tiles for the upcoming Frozen Horror expansion actually fit. Since they moved the logo however, I'm having trouble figuring out how large I should actually make the board. I believe the new 2021 remake has 1 inch squares, correct? Has anyone done this? Any input would be appreciated.

I found the easiest way was to chop off the logo. Also avoided unwanted attention of printing a copyrighted piece.

I assume it's going to be played purely as an aesthetic change as opposed to all of those being slippery (or worse, ice damage dealing!) tiles... that would be super annoying! (better put out the Snowshoes of Speed and Ring of Warmth, Armband of Ice, etc. early!)

BGM will print your board, but better measure it out carefully first.
