I have a very important question. I have been looking all over the web to try and find out who created this soundtrack that I downloaded about 5 years ago for HeroQuest.

I know that at some point I was going through your site and a few others in your link list that were hosting it. I can't find the place where it was and I really need to get in touch with the creator to get a license on using it in a game we are building.

Like...WHERE can I dl it???

I am trying to find a site that has the files as well with the hopes they can lead me to who I can get a license from to officially use them.

Upload the files to megaupload in a zip so we can all get a listen?

I'm not finding any info on this for ya. Is the music chiptune style or is it orchestra style? Could it maybe be music from rpg games and movies ? You should upload this somewhere so we can hear it. The only soundtrack I could come up with was something uploaded by drathe on this site, and that was only music from other stuff.

Can't find mine at the moment, but this may be The Dungeons and Dragons Soundtrack by Midnight Syndicate.

It does not appear to be the same, I looked it up over at amazon.

I will be posting a link to the files in a few moments... they are really good. My group has been playing our games with it for a few years and every time I change it up they get pissy.

I love fantasy soundtracks, like LotR, Oblivion, Guild Wars etc.

Hmmm.. This is interesting. The music sounds like midi style, reminiscent of older windows 95 pc games; and with the addition of all the SFX files, it makes me think this is all from a computer game. The only HQ game I've played is the old DOS version and the music in that is nothing like this stuff.
