Sounds great, but I would have thought the Captain would be more powerful than the Dread Orcs but then I don't know the backstory!
I do something very similar in my own games, for both Orcs & Goblins, but luckily for me I still use the original UK 1989 version of the game so I have different figures for each of these monster types.
Goblins
These green-skinned creatures are small and cruel. Despite their small size and lack of brute strength they are dangerous foes. Orcs have enslaved many Goblin tribes, and the two are often found together.
Move = 10, Attack = 2, Defend = 1, Mind = 1, Body = 1
There are two additional variants of the Goblin, both of which share the same profile given above but use different figures to represent them on the board. Unless specified in the Quest Notes the evil wizard player may choose the variant to deploy when a Goblin is indicated on the Quest Map from the available figures.
Goblin with spear
The Spear allows diagonal attacks with their usual 2 combat dice.
Goblin with short bow
#From Against the Ogre Horde: The Carrion Halls
The Short bow allows missile attacks with their usual 2 combat dice.
Orcs
Orcs are related to Goblins but are larger and much more powerful. They form the rank and file of Morcar’s armies and delight in cruelty and slaughter. Savage and vicious warriors, Orcs should never be underestimated.
Move = 8, Attack = 3, Defend = 2, Mind = 2, Body = 1

Orc with flail
From Against the Ogre Horde: Search for the Ogre Fortress (although the Quest notes state that these are armed with Spears)
The Flail allows diagonal attacks with their usual 3 combat dice.
Orc with crossbow
#From Against the Ogre Horde: The Outer Caves & Fortress of the Ogre Lord
The Crossbow allows missile attacks with their usual 3 combat dice.
Wizards of Morcar: Lair of the Orc Shaman contains some references to Orcs armed with bows, use this Orc with crossbow variant instead.
Note: The 4th Orc figure provided with the notched sword is used for the Orc Boss, see below
Orc Henchman
Use same figure as standard Orcs
#From Wizards of Morcar: Lair of the Orc Shaman
All Orcs in this Quest are members of Grawshak’s elite bodyguard.
Move = 8, Attack = 4, Defend = 3, Mind = 2, Body = 1
Orc Boss
#From Game System: Lair of the Orc Warlord (Ulag the Orc Warlord)
Move = 10, Attack = 4, Defend = 5, Mind = 3, Body = 3
Orc Shaman
#From Game System: Legacy of the Orc Warlord (Grak)
Three Orc Shaman spells
Move = 10, Attack = 3, Defend = 4, Mind = 5, Body = 3
