Now obviously any figure can be used for anything else, but I'm just grouping together the ones with the common name and stats, even if the character is an alternate sculpt or artwork (or a different color in the case of those included with SQT which are translucent green and PoT which are translucent orange or shiny red in the case of the alternate gargoyle included in that latter box).
23 Orcs (8 GS + 8 KK + 2 PoT + 2 SQT + 4 ATOH ... this latter quartet armed with bows); adding the 8 cardboard standee Orcs would increase your army to 32!
24 Goblins (6 GS + 6 KK + 2 PoT + 2 SQT + 4 ATOH... the latter quartet includes two with boomerangs and two with grenades + 2 JoD ... one boomerang and one grenade wielder in this last one); plus the 6 standees from FL raises the total goblins to 30! * JoD adds a Goblin sorcerer so that means 25 or 31!
9 Abominations (3 GS + 3 KK + 1 PoT + 2 SQT); plus 3 standee versions in FL to raise the total to 12.
21 Skeletons (4 GS + 8 ROTWL + 2 SQT + 2 PoT + 3 ATOH (armed with bows) + 2 JoD (again with bows); plus 4 standees from FL to increase to 25 skeletons!
10 Zombies (2 GS + 4 ROTWL + 2 SQT + 2 PoT); plus 2 standee versions in FL to raise it to 12.
10 Mummies (2 GS + 4 ROTWL + 2 SQT + 2 PoT); plus 2 standee versions in FL to raise it to 12.
6 Dread Warriors (4 GS + 1 PoT + 1 SQT); plus 4 standee versions in FL to raise it to 10.
3 Gargoyles (1 GS + 2 PoT... even though one of them is red and it isn't stated but many understood it would be used as the Warlock's alternate form; add the sole cardboard standee from FL to increase the total of this rare monster to 11)
2 Dread Sorcerers (1 GS + 1 SQT); 3 including the one cardboard version from FL.
Now owning the Mythic Tier would significantly increase your army. Granted, it "only" includes 2 each of the new Goblin, Orc, Abomination, Skeleton, Zombie, Mummy, and Dread Warrior (and one each of the new Dread Sorcerer and Gargoyle) but keep in mind it ALSO included the GS, KK, and ROTWL, leading to some staggering totals to add up:
42 Orcs (50 if you include the cardboard from FL!)
38 Goblins (44 including the standees of FL) *39 or 45 if you count JoD's Goblin sorcerer.
17 Abominations (20 including FL's standees)
35 Skeletons (39 including the cardboard of FL!)
18 Zombies (20 with the FL cardboard!)
18 Mummies (20 with the FL cardboard!)
12 Dread Warriors (16 with FL cardboard!)
5 Gargoyles (6 with the FL cardboard!)
4 Dread Sorcerers (5 with the FL cardboard!)
If you didn't get the Mythic set, but only bought the Retail sets, you'd still have more of each character than the Mythic set alone (18 Orcs, 14 Goblins, 8 Abominations, 14 Skeletons, 8 Zombies, 8 Mummies, 6 Dread Warriors, 2 Gargoyles, 2 Dread Sorcerers). I guess the Witch Lord is kind of a Dread Sorcerer, but he's really more of his own thing (you could certainly sub him in for his appearances within the GS not just ROTWL!) and the Sir Ragnar prisoner is intended as a sub for the Dread Sorcerer in the GS quest 2.
Also you'd have a total of 6 Elven Archers (4 MOTM + 2 ROTDM),
6 Elven Warriors (4 MOTM + 2 ROTDM)
8 robed bad guys (though while using the same sculpt and sharing one spell, the grey "Cultists" of ROTDM and green "Blightweavers" of JoD are technically different enemies)
The 4 Ogres of MOTM and the 4 Ogre Warriors (one of which can sub for an Ogre Mercenary) of ATOH are completely different in terms of stats and sculpts except that in the remake they're all gray.
24 Human Mercenaries (can be good or bad; 12 each in FH & WoM)
Sir Ragnar appears as a unique character in WoM, but also appeared as a heroic npc in the Haslab exclusive Heroic/Mythic set
Did I miss anything?
