Frozen Horror and Mage of the Mirror were not Stephen Baker’s work. Those were written by Scott Haring and Kathryn Connors respectively.

Jungles of Delthrak is Levi Combs of Planet X games per X at https://x.com/planetxgamesco/status/178 ... xoC7uxJd6w

Also, keep in mind that the quest author/developers can be different than the “narrative developer”/story author. Rise of the Dread Moon for example, Tessa Hogan was identified as the narrative designer, yet we know Doug Hopkins and Christopher de la Rosa also had major parts in that quest packs design.

Mmm... I would speculate a bit about this list:

With all my respect to his person, I think Stephen Baker was not the principal author of classic campaigns except the basic game ones. He declared in the interview which I participated that "I worked on all of these in some way" when we asked him about the expansions design. Therefore, I guess the main author of the classic expansion quests in Europe was Ben Rathbone, and Stephen Baker just supervised or said some guidelines to design them (check Rathbone's interview here).

The Dark Company however maybe could have been 100% designed by Baker (see again this interview).

Additionally, I would add that probably the credit for The Trial is for Stephen Baker, but it was actually co-authored with Mike Gray who gave him recommendations to make the first quest more spectacular and commercial than The Maze (just my theory, but makes sense to me according to Gray's mentality about how the game should be).

Finally I would like to highlight that also Games Workshop designers could have been involved in the quests design at some point too, according to what Stepehen Baker himself said here and Phil Gallagher declared in this old interview. Unfortunatelly, no accurate data about this has been found, and probably will be never clarified, so just (again) speculation around it, but who knows.

My 2 cents.

Thank you to everyone that responded & to HispaZargon for the background information. I just found the "Compilation of Relevant Interviews about HeroQuest" thread that you created which is full of a lot of great information.

Thanks!
