Thanks Ribby (and seekhashem), these images are of the (upcoming) First Light "Reference Cards" and their rewording as seen at GenCon 2024, vs. the 2021 Turn cards (I took a picture of my own to compare).
There are four of these included in each box, and I didn't look carefully enough at the convention to realize they were different. Great find guys!
