I see there is a new promotional event happening at some FLGS - with promo dice!

"Participating stores will receive the following:
- 1 copy of HeroQuest (for the event, to be later placed in your store's demo library)
- Marketing materials (a countertop sign, poster, and flyers) to advertise the event in-store
- Promotional HeroQuest dice in translucent green to support up to 16 participating players
- Instructions for how to run the event"

Don't worry sounds like these are just the Spirit Queen's Torment (retail) dice. Also no worries, Wizards of the Coast is just promoting the game, they don't have creative control to change it. Overall this is a positive thing, too bad it's so short, but maybe it will lead to more spread and interest of HQ among the general public and local shops!
