Is it really just luck? (Consistent bad dice rolls rant.)

Is it? Or is there some naughty physics involved? Or bad karma? Or is rolling dice some sort of physical skill like in sports?

I SWEAR, 7 times out of 10, when I cast either Fire of Wrath or Ball of Flame, I MISS. TOTALLY!

OR, when my barbarian has 6 defend dice, he keeps getting hit, but when it drops to 5, he dodges better. Huh?!?!?

Anyone else have such issues? Not just in HQ, but in any game involving dice?

And yes, I tend to land on Boardwalk with a hotel on it, when someone ELSE owns it!
