Potions List?

Wondering if anyone has compiled a list of all potions and what they do? I'm working on designing my own character sheet and want to include all the potions with a spot to indicate how many the Heroes have. Just trying to save time if I can.

__ X Potion of Lesser Healing
+2 Body Points
__ X Potion of Healing
+1 Red Die
etc. etc.

Check out this page on the main website. The only thing missing are those introduced in Prophecy of Telor. Otherwise it's just a few name changes ("Celerity" = Potion of Speed[for the Elf], "Lesser Healing" / Potion of Healing, "Superior Restoration" / Restoration, etc).
