Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell me the sizing for the HQ miniatures. Like is their scale 25mm or something else? I was trying to get a mini, but I'm not sure what size to pick that would match up well with the rest of the miniatures.

Game System figures are 28mm.
Wizards of Morcar (and mercenaries) are 25mm. Elves from EQP are also 25mm. Female barbarian from BQP 28mm but the US expansions (BQP/EQP) are using different body proportions. For monsters is different as they are not regular human bodies.
New 2021 version is using 32 mm scale but are way slimmer than the vintage miniatures because are more proportionated.
