Virtual or automatic Treasure Deck?

Okay this is a problem for me sometimes, I'll be browsing the forums late and see something cool then forget where I left it. Somebody on here has a link in their signature that goes to a page called "Zargon's Assistant" that shows an image of the Treasure cards. You click on it and it draws a random card for you.

I am sorry I forget who you were, but does anybody remember what I'm talking about or know of such a thing?
