Better Images of Prototype Dice from the HeroQuest Video?

So, I ran across a HeroQuest EU release video in Reddit.

At :15 I noticed that they rolled the HeroQuest Dice and the “traditional Bunny of Immortal Evil” was nowhere to be seen.

It was a Black Shield, surrounded by a circle with dashed lines:


This appears to be a slightly better shot:

It looks like a panther face surrounded by a runic circle.

Ah yes, the original commercial showed prototype stuff... round bases on miniatures (which appeared to be glossy and painted), fully colored spell and equipment face card art (with different text), differently shaped doors (and some boxier furniture) as well as the different dice designs. And I could be wrong, but are the pips on the red dice different too?

The original dice faces will always be nostalgic for me, but I'm surprised nobody has tried yet to re-create these in physical form...

In an (admittedly somewhat brief) search through the forums, I actually didn’t see anything specifically referencing the original prototype dice. Or find any pictures of them.

The pips on the red dice appear to be gold coloured.

And the skull on the white dice appears to be at a slight angle. As it doesn’t fully align up and down.)

That black shield reminds me of a Skaven icon. That seems significant as Advanced Heroquest featured Skaven and Bryan Ansell insists Games Workshop had the primary role in developing Hero Quest for Milton Bradley. Anyone else seeing that?

It's hard to make out even though it has a basic shield-like shape. If I had to guess it is a saber toothed tiger (assuming it is shown "right side up"). But it could be anything really, since it's a bunch of black and white shapes even in the close up image.
