Lessons / Tutorials in TableTop Simulator

Hello again brave heroes

I'm simply posting a short message here to offer my 1-on-1 tutorials with TableTop Simulator.

It's free of charge, totally. I do it for the HeroQuest community, because I love the game and I would like more people to join us on STEAM.

Here, you can see our 4 heroes having a ball, exploring the dungeon. They just discovered a secret passage after clearing an entire corridor of monsters.

I was able to modify images from the Internet, to suit the needs of the game in a modular dungeon crawl style. Also pay attention, our heroes now hold in their hand some torches that can be lit up as needed in-game !!

:gargoyle: I can teach you : :gargoyle:
:blueorb: Lighting effects
:blueorb: How to create a dungeon crawler
:blueorb: How to play HeroQuest on TTS
:blueorb: How to create your own tiles and walls

Feel free to leave a message here in the topic, or contact me directly in private message.

I hope to bring more people to TTS !!

Cool idea. It can be daunting to get started. How about a FAQ to start off with? Let's say I've heard of TTS and purchased it and want to play some Hero Quest. Now what?

Now contact me :D

I offer full-on tutorials, with all the tricks and tips within 30 mins.

There are also 6 tutorials on Youtube about TTS made by Kimiko from Berserk Games, but some people may find them tedious to watch.
Also, they don't show HeroQuest on TTS.

Azure, I'm interested in learning but obtain time to do this 1-on-1 It's pretty hard for me (and I believe for others too). Could you do some guides and tips and post here? I believe the community would appreciate a lot.

Do we have to sign up for lessons? How about posting the info here for others to see, if you have it to offer, of course.

Alright, thanks for messaging here everybody. To address the topic :
(Quite a long text here properly divided in key points)

1 - I can explain stuff here ; but simply based on a text, without images and context - - that doesn't mean you will be able to find everything or understand everything.

2 - Some of the operations are EASY but NOT intuitive... when I started out, I actually needed 1-2 persons show me some basics.

3- The tutorials offered on Youtube by Kimiko (from Berserk games) are very useful but not in-depth.

4 - Not only you need to buy TableTop Simulator, but you also need to download HeroQuest Master Edition in the Workshops.

5 - You will need to import assets that suit your needs from a few other mods (lighting, torches, walls, effects, extra monsters, extra heroes, traps, runes, statues, etc)

6 - If someone wants to play 100% vanilla HeroQuest, they don't need anything else, but as soon as they want to add something, it gets a little bit confusing for the first 10 minutes. You have to save items from other virtual tables and bring them with you, and memorize some folders, and such.

7 - Importing extra character cards, and extra heroes, extra tokens, extra equipment cards, and other things is easy- but you got to know what you are doing precisely.

8 - If you want a super precise guide ; I can start taking snapshots of every single thing I'm doing - - but it will take a while and it's very demanding.

9 - If you don't own TableTop Simulator ; there is nothing I can do for you. I cannot start to explain a system that you don't own in front of your eyes.

10 - Table Top Simulator allows you to play like, 800 other Table Top Games and Board Games, it's not ''ONLY'' for HeroQuest.

11 - Some people keep complaining about the price ; you get access to extremely pricey and rare games, for only 15 to 25 US Dollars. You can even play GloomHaven that actually costs 180 $ when you buy it in physical form from your local gaming store. You can also play Descent, Advanced HeroQuest, WarHammerQuest, WarHammer 40K, DnD and so much more for the mere low price of 25 $. That includes direct access to worldwide communities for all of these games, also includes all the rare assets and resources that appear in virtual form before your eyes.

I can confirm that it is really confusing the first few days. I got the "Master Edition" version, which comes with dozens of content. I spent a few days just to see each one and understand how they worked. Today I will try to create my own magic deck there.

I think you can publish some things here with few images and, in case anyone has deeper questions, they call you in private as you originally proposed.

Video tutorials are better. Do you have a way to record your screen?

Which version of TTS do you need? There's 2 different ones and I don't want to buy both if I accidentally buy the wrong one and steam offers zero customer support from what I can see.
