Ye Olde Inn

Does anyone recognise the ranger figure on the top right of this picture? It's the same colour as the others but I know it wouldn't have come with advanced heroquest. Maybe he came with an expansion or is simply just a random figure to make up the gang?

The face of the figure is so small the layer of paint eliminated the details.
