Protecting your Cards?

Postby Oftkilted » October 20th, 2020, 9:10 pm

The Euro sized cards are 54mm (2-1/8”) x 80mm (3-1/8”) and appear to fit the standard Catan sized card sleeves.

Has anyone ever laminated the cards with a pouch laiminator?

There is a “drivers license” sized laminator pouch that is 2-3/8” x 3-5/8” (which can support items up to 2-1/8” x 3-3/8”) given the potential level of use, and shuffling it looks like a possibility. (And then if you laminate everything you could play HeroQuest in the hot tub, swimming pool, bathtub ... but I digress.)

What do you do with your cards?

I play with them with reckless abandon. They are suprisingly sturdy.
desperately looks for some wood to knock on...

Oh no! Don't ruin your cards by laminating them! Just put them in card sleeves! You can get sleeves that fit HQ cards.
