I've got one coming to me in the mail - if no-one posts an answer before it arrives, I'll let you know.

I got my Raiment of the Frozen Champion today and can confirm that it is NOT on card stock, nor is it perforated. The entire flyer measures 8" x 10" and is printed on a very nice satin-y feeling paper. It's perhaps the thickness of a paperback book cover - it's firmer than paper, but will bend if you hold it up by one end.

I think if you cut out the cards and sleeved them in a thicker sleeve, they'd work quite nicely. As they're artifacts and an ally, there isn't a desperate need to make them look exactly the same as the other cards.

Along with Into The Northlands, they've done a nice job of supplementing The Frozen Horror.

Just to inform you that Frozen Horror online questbook has already been uploaded in Hasbro's Customer Care website for free here:

https://instructions.hasbro.com/en-us/i ... em-to-play

However, it seems to be published in other language, not English... German maybe?

I noticed the file size is around 240mb. That is pretty massive for a file. My phone wouldn’t load it for me. Is if just a pdf of the quest book?

Download asap. The first file is usually vector based and then later they upload a smaller file that is only an image (pixelated images when zoomed in).

Could have Hasbro plans about introducing jelly monsters or jelly traps in future expansions? What do you think?

I wouldn’t be surprised. The new owners are D&D.

I would prefer of course it they stuck to monster types that were found in Oldhammer. There’s enough generic ones from there to use without needing GW permission.

I read this as, "No current plans, but don't rule anything out."

As far as adding unique vs established enemies (from various fantasy tropes), I personally would like to see a variety of both, though I suspect coming up with truly original monster types could be quite challenging in the context of HQ. Even in the case of old-school D&D, most of the monsters were drawn from folklore in the first place... Or Lord of the Rings, which owed a lot of its inspiration to folklore as well.

Regardless, I'd personally dig seeing an assortment of Jellies, Molds, Oozes, Slimes, and Similar.

I think Avalon Hill has now declared on twitter their intention of releasing more 90's expansions:
