DIY Storage box

Postby Pekka » February 14th, 2020, 6:56 am

What do you use to store your loose or self made game parts?

I made a box for my DIY expansions project using an A3 copy paper box and a large format printer to print a sticker design onto the box. I think it turned out beautiful, but it remains to be seen how durable the sticker is. The next option is to laser cut the box from plywood and UV print the design straight onto the wood.

I just have one big Box to put everything inside, but I store everything in many small boxes instead. Sounds weird? But so am I. |_P

Interesting, I never though of making a custom cardboard box.

Here is the box I made up. I had a custom kit made up then varnish and painted it.

Wow, that's a beauty! I've been thinking about a foam insert as well, but I think it's beyond my abilities and equipment. Instead I'll probably make a six part divider into the box to separate the figures into their own piles per expansion.

I would pay for a box like that.
I am okay without the foam but if the board could fit in there then I would buy one like that if you ever make another one.

Let me know if you would consider that.

Thanks for sharing.

Favre.

I made it from a kit produced by someone on Facebook, I can't find them now but if I do I will let you know

Love the sticker! It looks great.
Is it still holding up well?
