How long does the average game last?

A good Quest usually takes around 2 hours. That's allowing for people to mess around some. Some here at the Inn introduce the EW deck to speed up the Heroes.

One or two Quests can usually be played in a single game session. If your group meets once a week, you can probably finish the 14 Quests of the Quest Book that comes with the Game System in two to three months. After that are several published, official expansions. If you choose to play them all (52 + a 4-linked-board Quest), you're in for another seven to thirteen months. The unofficially published Quests from White Dwarf and other sources can probably last another month or two if you want to intersperse them between expansions. Then there's the fan content . . .

I find that the few games I've played tend to last between two and three hours (usually closer to three). But we don't usually play with a full 4 heroes and they like to goof around and talk a lot, so maybe that makes it take longer. Not as much urgency but a good time for the players.
