My collection of broken miniatures has arrived.

Let the construction begin!

Nothing yet. Just gluing all the broken stuff back together.
Which is 3 elves, 1 skelly, 1 mummy, a wizard and a gargoyle.

Disappointed with the wings, as they are not exactly what I was after, but I will make them work.
And still going to put a gargoyle head on a CW body and add wings. Mwahahahaaaa!

Check the link out below for the bits I got to work with! So much to play with. Planning to try and make some elemental style figures for summoned elementals, then new spell cards.

Here is my new Chaos Fury. had an accident with the soldering iron and melted a hand. Had to transfer a gargoyle hand across.

Matched up a few wings, glued and coloured Chaos grey. Here is the miniature:

I have plenty of spare Goblins, a few Fimirs and Orcs. Still thinking of what to do with the extra Gargoyle.

While I am working on my Fimir Balefiend miniature, thought I'd post these minitaure images.

Each image on the right is the original for comparison, miniature on the left is my version. For the Gargoyle, I moved his head up to a more natural position.
For the Goblin, I took his puny little arms and legs, and added Orc limbs to him and an axe.

Was trying to fix up the paint job on a few miniatures after making a new Monk miniature. As the Necromunda was already painted, I only had to apply the red coat twice.

After trying to clean the paint of with paint stripper, I found the recasts were immune, but the original plastic miniatures suffered some meltingness.

A few of my heroes are a little misfigured. My daughter is gutted her favourite ranger miniature is not looking so well.

Found these on ebay, so I thought you can never have too many Rangers.
