I just stumbled upon this Kickstarter:

Nice enough.
Given the name, I thought it would be some sort of anti-Heroquest, where you are playing the evil Mastermind defending the dungeon against the heroes.

How come they haven't contacted us !! DarkQuest 1 was very nice. If you haven't played it yet, check it out it's nice. I didn't know they were having a kickstarter for darkquest 2. Since the game is clearly heroquest based, it is really stupid from them for not having contacted us for the promo.

Looks very nice. I like the 2D style a lot. I also think the change in perspective and full figures are a huge improvement.
But I think it's a mistake to add several types of orcs and goblins, rather than more different races. Every quest is against greenskins... meh...

Apparently the KS failed big time, but at least they got Greenlighted on Steam, so that's something.
I think it shows that people don't wanna pre-order (because that'swhat KS basically is) a mobile app.

Especially as the money asked for and the timeframe both are not fitting with development of additional features-which would be the reason to go to KS first place. Make a Kickstarter in May and deliver end of May is really just promotion.

However, the promotion works. I think I will download the game.
