New character sheet

Postby torilen » September 16th, 2015, 7:19 am

New character sheet to use for play with my son.
Has all four heroes on it for easy reference, and
Doesn't take up a lot of space.

The border around each is courtesy of Billiam Babble
With inked adventures - I snatched a sheet he made
And removed the middle for my own use.

This is a great sheet--nice and concise and extra room for that miscellaneous treasure that piles up :)

I could see that being of use for me the Game Master and a potential new tool. But I don't like the idea of the healer having an up to the minute copy of other characters, so I doubt I would let the players have this resource.

If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Looks really nice. It's intended to be used by a single person playing all 4 heroes or what?

What do you mean? Why not?

Also curious about this!

I presume the sheet is meant to be cut into 4 individual sheets to be divided among the players, not intended as a catch-all leader-board for all heroes.
But even so, any player is free to ask the others how many body points they have, so why not have that information readily available regardless?

Re: New character sheet

One could, of course, cut this up and use it as four separate sheets. It's not quite as elegant as the original
HQ character sheet when this is done, unfortunately. I could probably find a way to make it much more
detailed as far as the design and look, if anyone wanted to do that.

I created it mainly for one person to control all four heroes. It could be cut in half if you only had two
players, each controlling two heroes. I just needed something concise and compact for use with Aaron.
The two times we played, it was a bit much trying to keep up with even two heroes for him, with two
different sheets and body point counters and such. Too chaotic (no pun intended).

If the healer can not have eyes on the other hero, he can not know how many Body Points of damage they have taken.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.

If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
